• The FHT-01 tester is used to test correct operation of all flashing lights variants of the TFL-32 sequential flash system, including the TLB-H flashing lights to be tested independly in the maintenance facility without the need for connection to a control unit.

Use

The FHT-01 tester is used to test correct operation of all flashing lights variants ofthe TFL-32 sequential flash system, including the TLB-H flashing lights to be tested independly in the maintenance facility without the need for connection to a control unit. Compared to standard control unit TFL-32.CU, this tester provides advanced diagnostic functions to help detect immintent faults in flashing lights before their total failure.

Tester functions

• commissioning of a flashing light at the workshop
• readout af the configuration switches without the need to disassemble flashing light
• switching on the tested flashing light to one of the three brightness levels (3/10/100 %)
• checking the validity of the set address and configuration switches considering the requierd function (standard, RTIL, beacon)
• through check of the communication interface and its parameters (sensivity limit, current limit, short/open circuit, etc.)
• long-term reliability test of the flashing lights with detection of sporadic malfunctions
• the tester is fully compatible with SFL-32 flashing lights formerly produced by ERNI
